Maxim: we had really good success with identifying our problem and really found our focus. Proposal is a lot of fun, would be a good way to solve the problem. reframe it - rather than try to remove an anxiety, focus on adding a little bit of joy - this might open up a few possibilities.
We should also look at the added cost, this would be an issue bc they have first class kits, but to have a kit for economy
Zenny: how will you market to different archetypes
Luke: Brief says must have screen based interaction, but i am against that… as a parent thinking about travel a lot of problems, may just be a physical kit. We often times default to screen based interaction…. or something very essential from point A to point B. Naomi Campbell travels with hazmat suit - like a zombie survival kit!
Nicole: but there has to be an app
Axel: Yes it doesn’t have to be an app, but can be part of the checkin process!

Presentation Reflection:
I think our presentation was very successful. We were able to present our idea effectively, and clearly described how we arrived at our design concept and how might we statement based on our research and very specific target user.
Now, I think my team and I have to mainly consider exactly how and where this interaction of ordering their kit is going to take place, on what platform (LAX app, or another way, Phone, text etc) and how this will work with our user journey and essentials kit. Additionally, it is important to consider different user types, such as elderly, disabled, blind, deaf to allow all travelers easy access to order their essentials kit and have it ready for their flight.
